Cancellation Policy

We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment, you will not incur a fee. However, cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the day of your appointment will incur a late cancellation fee to cover the cost of the room. Confirmation will be sent on the day of your booking including the hourly room rate which is dependent on the treatment.
